On-the-Day Coordination

You have the time and you want to do the planning yourselves. You have already booked your suppliers, made your arrangements, and the only things that you haven’t done is relax and pamper yourself before the big day and enjoy yourself on your wedding day. This package takes the burden off you to give you time to refresh and look forward to having a great time on the happiest day of your life.

PRE- NUPTIAL PREPARATIONS

  • Schedule of initial meeting of the bride and groom
  • Submission of photocopies of legal church requirement by bride and groom 
  • Schedule of meetings with suppliers re: Work Coordination, Venue, Date and Time of Arrival (contact person|tel/cel) 
  • Finalization of chronology of events 
  • Number of guests and table assignments 

ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING
Presence of Coordinator Staff (5) five hours before the ceremony time to check on the following:

  • Schedule of initial meeting of the bride and groom 
  • Submission of photocopies of legal church requirement by bride and groom 
  • Schedule of meetings with suppliers re: Work Coordination, Venue, Date and Time of Arrival (contact person|tel/cel) 
  • Finalization of chronology of events 
  • Number of guests and table assignments 

Preparation

  • Arrival of hair and makeup artist
  • Arrival of photo/ video crew
  • Checking of wedding paraphernalia to be used for the photo and video shots
  • Transfer of flowers, wedding symbols, misalettes to the ceremony venue
  • Transfer of wedding symbols to the reception venue

Ceremony Venue

  • Identification of the entourage members
  • Direct entourage members on their duties at the ceremony
  • Distribute the flowers of the entourage
  • Brief the participants in the matrimonial rites
  • Check on the wedding symbols, sound systems, candles, and other paraphernalia needed for the ceremony, if in the proper places.
  • Direct entourage participants on their seating arrangements
  • Direct entourage members on their positions for the wedding recessional marches
  • Check on the specifications of music and other special effects desired by the couple
  • Monitor order of the ceremony 
  • Gathering of the accessories and returning them to the assigned person after the ceremony

Reception Venue

Before the reception takes place

  • General and final check-up on the set up of the caterer/ hotel (i.e. tables, food, flowers, sound systems, cake, wine, place cards , etc.)
  • Brief program host and sound system altogether and coordinate the flow of the program
  • Check on the program script

During the Reception

  • Direct guests to their seats and table assignments
  • Registration of gifts
  • Monitoring of the program
  • Monitoring of the food services
  • Distribution of gifts and tokens
  • Pictorial and video sequencing
  • Compliance of the hotel/ caterer with the reception agreements and requirements

After the Reception

  • Monitor packing of excess food and cake
  • Assist the couple for balance payment to the suppliers
  • Surrender of necessary paraphernalia used in the reception program
  • Turn over of gifts
  • Checking on the final payments as stated by the clients

Turn Over Coordination (at least 6 months)

You have been working for months to get ready for your big day. You have made the phone calls, arranged, and reserved and booked at least 50% of the needed suppliers. There are only a few months left before your big day, but it seems that there are still things to be done. This package will give you  more time to enjoy the months before your wedding day.   • Assist the couple in planning and managing the budget
  • Source-out needed supplies/ suppliers for the event
  • Assist the couple in assessing, choosing, and booking the desired suppliers
  • Set up appointments/ meeting with desired suppliers
  • Assist the couple in making payments to the contracted suppliers
  • Management of couple’s schedule and deadlines
  • Conducts RSVP services 
  • Provides and conceptualize reception program 
  • Includes On-the-Day Wedding Coordination Package 

Full Coordination ( at least 9 months

You want it all – a personal, start-to-finish service from consultations, wedding rehearsals to program conceptualization, and booking of supplier services. Rates are for 5 coordinators with a maximum of 150 guests. For every 50 guest addition, there will be a Php1,000 add-on to the agreed rate.
Additional Charges for Destination/ Out of Town WEDDINGS will be applied.
